Riverfire group transport: viewing plans, pickups and return journeys

Choose the viewing area before the pickup point
Tell us where the group plans to watch the event, which suburbs people are coming from and how far everyone can comfortably walk. The best viewing location and the place a coach can legally stop may be different. Give us any accessibility requirements before a vehicle or meeting point is agreed.
Plan the return before the evening starts
Agree a clear departure window and a meeting point that the whole group can find. Choose one organiser to circulate instructions, check passengers aboard and contact the operator if the programme changes. Avoid planning an immediate departure from the edge of the viewing crowd.
Allow for event access restrictions
